Customer Reviews
Great value short break
I was looking for a budget-friendly trip and found a Short break deal. Getting the second day free was a huge saving for us. The hotel and ticket package made it super easy to plan. For the price we paid, it felt like excellent value. We definitely got our money's worth with two full days in the park.
Good day out, few small issues
We booked Day tickets for the family back in July. The online booking process was straightforward enough, and we got our e-tickets quickly. Peppa Pig World was a big hit with the little ones, and there were plenty of rides for them. However, finding a quiet spot for lunch was tricky; the Wild Forest restaurant was very busy. Also, parking was free, which was good, but it took a while to exit the car park at closing time. Overall, it was a fun day, but a bit more organization around peak times would be helpful.
Enjoyable visit, detailed thoughts
I purchased Day tickets for my two kids and myself for a visit last month. Ordering online was simple, and the confirmation came through instantly. We opted for the mobile tickets, which scanned without a hitch at the entrance. Inside, we spent most of our time between Peppa Pig World and Lost Kingdom. The rides were well-maintained, and queues, while long for some popular attractions, moved steadily. We bought a couple of George Pig toys from The Big Toy Shop; prices were expected for a theme park. I did notice some areas of the park could use a refresh, but nothing that detracted from the fun. We also grabbed a quick meal at Route 83 Diner, which was decent. All in all, a solid experience, especially for families with younger children.

Does Paultons Park do any kind of NHS discount? My partner works for the NHS and we're trying to save a few quid on tickets.
Is it worth getting one of those short break packages? Do you actually save money compared to buying tickets and hotel separately?
Considering Paultons Park vs Legoland for a family trip with a 5 and 7-year-old. Anyone been to both and have a preference for which is better?
Thinking of taking my 3-year-old next month. Is Peppa Pig World really good for that age, or is it more for slightly older kids?
Can you bring your own food and drinks into the park, or are we stuck buying their expensive stuff all day?
